What islands are you staying at and at which resorts? Just trying to get some ideas

we went to greece -- it was beautiful

mykonos -- mykonos blu hotel
santorini -- katikies
athens --the grand bretagne

I went to Greece few times. I have been to

Santorini
Mykonos
Paros
Skiathos
Kefalonia

I recommend Santorini for honeymoon. Mykonos is nice if you like to party. Do Mykonos first then do Santorini so you can relax....

We spent two weeks in Greece - flew into Athens for 2 1/2 days and then stayed on Santorini for the rest of the time...

We stayed at The Hilton in Athens with a view of the Acropolis...

In Santorini we stayed in a Superior Ste at Katikies...

Highly recommend both places...

Santorini was romantic, relaxing and awe inspiring. We were spoiled at Katikies - they made it very hard for us to leave...

we're honeymooning in Greece....Mykonos, Santorini and Athens - it will be our first trip there.

HI... planning right now...and confused

can someone give me info on prices for your greek isle honeymoon.... how long you stayed...how you traveled between islands/athens...did you have to fly back and forth to athens each time you went to an island? someone told me this and it sounds crazy

We are doing the french riveria and Italy. I lived in Italy so we are not going to do the Florence and Rome etc. even though it is so amazing. we are going to do Capri, Ischa, Sardenia, etc. Not sure about the hotels yet. I have not called my travel agent. I been to capri twice and loved it so much. One day I would love to live their ...

YOu can travel either by boat or Plane. I traveled from plane from Athens to Mykonos and then by high speed boat to other islands. plane of cause is faster but the boats are not that bad either. The boats are high speed boats.

It is not really that expensive. In italy you can buy ferry tickets that are real cheap also.

We're going to Athens, Rhodes, Crete, and Santorini for our HM. We're flying between islands except from Crete to Santorini. I think our flight from Rhodes to Crete has a stopover in Athens, but it's only for an hour and I don't think there was an easier way to get there. Depending on which islands you choose, you can probably fly direct. I think Rhodes is a somewhat less popular island which is why there aren't as many direct flights to and from there. FM me if you want more details about my trip.
