New Future Bride: QUESTION ABOUT TIPPING?

I just joined the site Friday.....I'm the new kid on the block......

I was wondering if you ladies had some advice and helpful ideas on tipping..
How much for:

D.J.
Limo
Photographer/Video
Matre'D
Bridal Attendants
Waitstaff

I haven't a clue......Did you/are you giving cash and are you going to wait to stuff the envelopes till after there job is done?
I really need some advice.I'd appreciate anything. Thanks

I think it is done by percentage. I would personally do it before hand and in cash. If you do it before hand, it is one less thing for you to think about at the end of the night when you need to move on to the wedding night.

I will def be setting the money aside in envelopes in advance. I want to think about as littleas possible on the day of.
