ETA: We are going to try to buy a house in ROCKY POINT!

I'm so excited! Our own place! It's on the same block as the beach (a 5 minute walk) There's a lot of property and its woods in front of and behind the house! There's an apartment in it I could rent out and a detached garage! Its a family friends and has agreed not to go through a real estate agent! I hope its not too good to be true!! Wooohooo!

Yes, Im an idiot. I thought it was considered sound beach, but its rocky point!

Awesome! It is close to Cedar Beach? We went there a few weekends ago and it was gorgeous there. Love the fact town of brookhaven residents go there for free and no parking fee either. I am used to Jones Beach.

Anthonys mom lives in Miller Place on Radio Avenue. I love it there too! I go to cedar beach all the time! I REFUSE to pay $10 to go to a beach and get trampled on anyway. I oove north shore beaches!

I know and we were amazed at how not crowded it was for a Saturday afternoon in July. There were plenty of open spaces on the beach. I have been going to Jones and Lido my whole life so to see the beach with so little people was so strange...haha.

yep and the food stand never has a line and the playground is great and if you drive further down the street its even more deserted!

ETA - Its Rocky Point and Im a dumb ***

I'm so excited! It has 5 bedrooms and a detached 2 car garage! Im already thinking.. Playroom, 2 kids, our room and a guest room

If this doesnt work out Ill be so crushed
