A little off the subject (birthday gift ideas)

Hi ladies,

I really need your help. We are going to a surprise birthday party for my brother (turning 60, I MUCH YOUNGER) in Colorado. I need gift ideas. I'm not concerned about $$ He just spent a small fortune to bring his family here for my daughters wedding in July. So I would like to get him something NICE, but what?

Re: A little off the subject (birthday gift ideas)

How about a gift certificate to a local high-end restaurant that he might enjoy?

Perhaps a weekend getaway someplace? A subscription to a fave magazine? A nice watch?

Re: A little off the subject (birthday gift ideas)

What about a gift certificate for the airline that he uses so that he can come back to visit you again one day, when he wants? Maybe you can also get a gift certificate for a restaurant in your neighborhoond that you can both use when he comes to visit?
