Bridal Reflections - Massapequa salon

In light of the recent Carle Place reviews, I would like to read some reviews of the
Massapequa salon. I have had wonderful service thus far, but would like to know what the experiences / reviews of past/current brides are.
Seamstress recommendations in the Massapequa location would be helpful.
I would like some reassurance my dress & the BM dresses will be fine.
TIA

Re: Bridal Reflections - Massapequa salon

So far my experience has been great. My first fitting is in early July. I have been in two wedding parties that have gotten their BM dresses there and we had no problems either.

I also ordered my BM dresses from there and they came earlier than expected. So far I've been pleased with everything.

Re: Bridal Reflections - Massapequa salon

My experience has been fabulous so far. I got my bridal gown from them. I have enjoyed every visit and my seamstress is putting in velcro and 3 extra buttons (bustle) to make sure I feel secure. It all depends on who you work with. Everyone I have encountered has been helpful and friendly.

Re: Bridal Reflections - Massapequa salon

I'm picking up my gown from them tomorrow night, and have had no problems with them thus far. My seamstress is ZiZi (sp?) and she has been wonderful and did a really great job on the alterations that my gown needed.

Re: Bridal Reflections - Massapequa salon

My experience was good up until the fittings. It is soo crazy in there. They wouldn't let me leave the dressing room and they were always running behind. And my hem fell down right before I went to put it on the morning of the wedding

Re: Bridal Reflections - Massapequa salon

I went to that Bridal Reflections. I thought it was nice, the lady really helped me find a nice dress. But for some reason, she showed me a dress $500.00 over my stated budget. I just went somewhere else and got it cheaper. She really helped me find what kind of dress looks best for my shape.

Re: Bridal Reflections - Massapequa salon

I think many bridal salons can be hit or miss...some people have great experiences, some have bad ones. I am ordernig my BM dresses from the Massapequa Bridal Reflections. Each time I've been there or called, they were really helpful and accomodating. I think it's just important to really make sure you get the service you expect, and if you don't get it, then don't give them your business. Sometimes the service detiorates after you already put a deposit on your dress, but it really is a crapshoot.

Re: Bridal Reflections - Massapequa salon

I got my gown from the Massapequa BR and it was really great. I dealt with Laura when I was trying on gowns and she was SO sweet and nice. Zizi was my seamstress and she was great. No complaints about the store at all. I was really pleased.

Re: Bridal Reflections - Massapequa salon

I did not care for carle place, so I went to massapequa. I wasnt too happy looking for my dress there, since they would not let me go through the dresses myself. I wound up getting my dress at Kleinfelds instead, they were wonderful. Judith was a doll and was very helpful, I wound up finding my tiara, veil and shoes while i was there too!
i'm in my friends wedding this weekend and she had us order ur bm dresses from BR in massapequa. i picked my dress up on monday, and it fit perfectly!! i loved it, the BM dept seems a lot nicer than the bride dept to me.
