Should I ask FMIL for help?

She made me the most beautiful basket full of gifts for the wedding. Do you think I could ask her to make me the bathroom baskets. (Id offer to provide the $$, but I KNOW she wouldnt take it)

Shes just someone who wont say no even if she should because shes so polite. So I dont know if I should ask her.

She just keeps begging me to let her help me plan the wedding. I just have been doing everything myself.

Re: Should I ask FMIL for help?

If she keeps asking to do something than I'd definitely
ask her. I wish I had a FMIL who wanted to help out.

Re: Should I ask FMIL for help?

Absolutely let her help you!!! The wedding is a big, special day for her too!! If she's begging you like that then she really wants to be a part of it and feel like she's contributing something to you and her son!! Don't take these things away from her, let her be happy too!

Re: Should I ask FMIL for help?

Yes, definitely ask! She will probably be so happy that you did since it shows you admire the work she did before and that you want her to be involved.

I would ask her to help out. It sounds like she really wants to! I wish I could have given my MIL something to do because she really wanted to be involved.

Re: Should I ask FMIL for help?

O.k. I called her and Gabe left a message because she wasnt home. It will be so nice to have someone help out. I just feel bad asking because you know family will never say no even if they are too busy.
