Does anyone here take vitamins? If so, can you recomend one to me? Thanks!!

I use GNC's Women's Mega Ultra multi vitiamin....but if you are TTC dont take these...they contain too much Vitatim A for a preggo woman.

I used to take Trader Joe's multi-vitamin with some extra calcium (particularly around PMS time it helps).

Has too much of one vitamin for me now, and not enough of another

For the life of me...I can't take pills daily...not sure if I'm lazy or just hate to swallow pills...

I keep a bottle at work and pop one when I eat lunch - I feel sick if I take vitamins first thing in the morning.

I just started taking something called 'natrol', its a skin hair and nails vitamin but contains 100% or more of the other vitamins as well (A, C, E etc..). It made me a little nauseous today though...i have such a sensitive stomach!!

BJ's wholesale club also sells a package. It's a 90 day supply and it's a small pack of a few different vitamins... calcium, e, c... can't remember the rest. For about $22. I used to take them all of the time but switched to Trader Joe's because it was closer to my house.

I am not 'TTC' but I think that I am going to start to take pre-natal. They are great for women and if by chance I do get prego, I will have had all the right nourishments from the beginning.

I take centrum one a day and an additional folic acid supplement 400 mcg. Want to TTC right away!
