My first wedding vent

We were suppose to get our ketubah(a jewish marriage license) today. This is something that we ordered in Jan. It was a whole back and forth thing. We will never ever recommend this place to anyone. I put off looking for a bra for my dress today since we were suppose to get it. FH is fit to be tied. His dad recommended this place. His dad feels bad. We were promised to get it today. Now it seems like something went wrong where we can't get it today. Supposedly, it will be delivered to his parents house this week. Fh doesn't even want to deal with them anyone. FH dad has been dealing with them for years. This has been the only stress related event we had. Even when I had to drop a bm it wasn't this stressful.

Thanks for letting me vent

a judica place in bklyn. fh told us that the store called him...supposedly the ketubah will be delivered to there house probably wed. the ketubah and yaulmulkes are on them. the owner feels terrible and embarrased about all of this. this has never happened before
