Hotel Room Block Contracts ?

Those of you who have reserved room blocks... were there any strange terms in your contracts? I'm looking at one that imposes a penalty fee for outside liquor if the staff finds any bottles and it seems strange to me... there's also a no-picture taking police - though that might be more standard. Just wanted to check if this was normal... TIA
