My sil is getting married labor day weekend. I think she is sending them the first week of July.

I sent my save the dates in January, and I'm sending my invites the last week of June. I was advised against doing it the 1st week of July b/c of the July 4th holiday (apparently when the post office shuts down for a holiday more stuff tends to get messed up- or so I was told).

i'm being married the wknd before and i am sending mine out by end of this month. with summer, everyone always plans a lot of vacations and i want to make sure to give everyone enough time

hmmm, I was planning on sending them the 1st week in July, but FTRBRIDE makes a good point...maybe the last week in June is better.
