incentives/Payment plans at places like Home Depot/Lowe’s
Post closing we are going to be low on cash but will need some items around the house. Do Home Depot and Lowe’s offer any type of 0% interest payment plan type options for larger purchases?Anyone have experience with these and/or have any info?

I am pretty sure that they do, however we did not use them. I think it is one year free at home depot.

I know HD does 0% interest for a year, but I think you have to charge more than $300 or $500. I would be surprised if Loews didn't do the same thing.

Re: incentives/Payment plans at places like Home Depot/Lowe’s
Everyday Home Depot offers interest free for six months of. purchases over $299. And I believe Lowes does the same thingMany times, they have promotions of interest free for 1 year with purchases over $299, usually specializing a specific department, say kitchens or flooring. But it is very constant so I would just ask when their next promo is.
But be careful. If you don't pay it off in the interest free terms they charge you back interest. So if you have interest free for six months and your in your seventh month, they will charge you interest for all the past seven months. So many times, people put off paying thinking they have time and then the big back interest hits.
