Re: Anyone have a good Low fat Pork Chop Recipe that is WW friendly?

Yes
you can brown some pork chops in a pan- each side about 2-3 minutes
Then you put in one package of sauerkraut, slices of one apple and a 1/2 teaspoon of caraway seeds (optional)- cover and then cook on medium for like 15-20 minutes (or less) depending upon the thickness of the chops

I recently had boneless pork chops, I marinated them in italian dressing and just cooked them on the forman grill. They were delicious!

How long did you marinate them for? They would probably be really good on the Barbeque too

i actually didn't have time to marinate them for too long, but i poked holes in them and then actually dipped them in a little extra dressing while eating them.
You could really try any type of dressing, even fat free or sugar free, or just make your own!

Re: Anyone have a good Low fat Pork Chop Recipe that is WW friendly?

I make a mixture of duck sauce, a little bit of soy, chinese mustard and some hot sauce (we like spicy food), and then dip boneless pork chops in the mixture and bbq them. It has a lot of flavor, since you're using sweet, spicy, and salty to make the sauce.
