One of my BM just got engaged last weekend in Miami! She & her fh looked at Chateau La Mer & loved it! They are going to some tasting next week & most likely will be booking...but not until 2007

She will soon be a new member on Li Weddings!

I'm just taking pictures on the water and outside by the gazebo and the rock fountain thing. But I hear there is a nice park nearby. Argyle Park I think?

Argyle Park is nearby near Bayshore on Montauk Hwy, but is not on a beach. There is a town beach not even a mile away Jen....its down Venetian Parkway (off Montauk Hwy), its a small beach w/ public parking (not sure if you need a permit), they just opened a small water park there for kids.

I think its called Venetian Shores Park.

The chapel was still a mess when I was there... but Nick said it should be done in a few months! It's going to be huge.

As for pics... we're taking ours before the ceremony so we don't have to rush through the CH.

I'm really debating if we should see eachother b4 the ceremony to take pics. I m soo scared that I wont have any beautiful pics just being at CLM.

We debated also, but our photographer is going to make our first time seeing eachother really special! I can't wait to see that in the pics. There is no way we could get all the pics we wanted in during the CH. So we're going to have 3 hrs of pics before the ceremony starts and we're going to 2 locations!!

If you decide otherwise you will still get great pics at CLM w/ the water backdrop!

Argyle is close and very prettty...we almost used it but had more time so went to Oakdale Arboretum instead since my photographer said it would be prettier and our pics were amazing!!!!!!!!!
