This would help a lot...(wantagh, seaford...)
The following towns are the ones we are looking in.If anyone knows of any sections/streets to steer clear of, areas that are changing, any landfills, homeless shelters, industrial areas, etc...would be so helpful....
Wantagh - Wantagh S.D. only
- Wantagh Woods
- Holiday Park
- Mandalay
- Forrest Lake
Seaford - Seaford S.D.
N. Bellmore
Merrick
Massapequa -SD 23
Plainview - Plainview/Old Bethpage S.D.

Wantagh is a good school district, and my nephew went to Forrest Lake.If you're interested in a real estate agent, just FM. Ours is great, even though we're not actively looking yet.

DH & I both went to wantagh schools and now live here. All of the areas are fine - we like wantagh woods the best but we live in Mandalay and my mom lives in Forest Lake. I'd avoid anything that is very close to the major roads (Merrick, Sunrise, Wantagh, etc)Welcome New Vendors
