Small wedding+reception venues outside Manhattan

Hi NY Brides -- I may be taking on the impossible, but these boards are so great MAYBE not...

Trying to determine whether I can plan a wedding with 50-75 guests in mid-July. Yep this year! I'm from TX and live in Amsterdam with my Dutch fiance, so I'll basically be planning a destination wedding with guests from Holland, Spain, and all over the US. Slightly more simple b/c I lived in Manhattan for 1.5 years, but never dreamed I'd consider a wedding there! Turns out it's the best place b/c of travel!

So, here are my questions:

1) Suggestions for fantastic wedding planners for small, unique occasions? Preferably someone that's great with a digital camera and email!

2) Suggestions for locations that can do casual, natural style for 50-75 guests on a $7.5-$10K budget?

3) Suggestions for limo/bus services that can get guests to/fron NY to our venue?

What about George Washington Manor. THey have a smaller room and very reasonable prices.

I can recommend our wedding coordinator, Elaine DeLuca . In terms of looking at other planners (and I think a good planner will be key for you), you should do a search on 'day of coordinators' - there have been a bunch of threads on this topic lately, and a number of recommendations.

I have a friend using a cruiseline around Manhattan as her venue. I believe it is affordable and the boat looks really nice.
