Re: Deja Vu Photography
Hey Gina me and my fiance went to check deja vu out. we met with dennis who we both really liked. i found their prices to be extremely reasonable. but we haven't booked with them yet. i thought dennis' work was great but we just aren't sure. plus we don't know many people who have used them. i like knowing about people's experiences. sorry i couldnt be too helpful.

Re: Deja Vu Photography
Thanks for the help Girls.... My Fh knows someone who works there, and she says she would give us a great deal... BUT, I want to make sure first and find out as much as possible. A great deal isn't going to make me sign much quicker.... I want to know they are good...

Re: Deja Vu Photography
To be honest with you, my friend used them for her wedding this past June and the outcome was NOT good at all. Apparently they took TONS of pics before the ceremony at Old Westbury Gardens but, after looking at her pics from her reception, there were NO pics of the dancefloor (if i wasnt at that wedding I would of thought there wasnt a dancefloor at the hall) NO table pics, NOT ONE pic of any other her grandparents and very few pics of her family. She was very very upset about this and actually had to threaten to sue them to get some of her money back. Your wedding day is a very important day and to me, pics are irreplacable. I felt horrible that this had to happen to her. You put alot of trust into a photographer that they are going to know what to take pics of, and they just didnt do their job.If you were to go with them, I would suggest an EXTREMELY detailed must take list.
JMHO from experiance!

Re: Deja Vu Photography
remember a good deal isn't always better..you need to be comforable with the place and have confidence in their work. Flowers, cakes, food, a dress are all for one day BUT you will have photos and video for the rest of your life...thats just something to take into consideration. Good Luck
