check out weather.com and type in your zip code . . . The forecast has lightened up quite a bit . . .

Wow, I must really live in the BOONIES because its not good around here at all ... there is at least 4 inches and it was so slippery when i drove home from the train

Praying for heavier snow for my LI girls

I just saw an update on tv and they said suffolk is going to get it a lot worse then originally expected!

Can't anyone give an HONEST report???? JT's working over at News 12 right now and the meteorologist just called him and said we might just get rain in Suffolk.

I just checked out my area(coram) and it says 100 percent chance until 2am and then its suppose to turn to rain and then snow again at 6am

Yeah the weather for closings currently doesn't seem too promising but we got to wait and see. Here's hoping for you all. I am on two subbing lists in NYC but I haven't been called recently, so I don't know if it would effect me or not.

I hope FH has a snow day!!! He's western Nassau.

I'm working 2-9 tomorrow, so I'll definitely have to go in, but if he doesn't, we're going to lunch! (I just decided that )

i dont know why but i really think we are going to get more than what they are saying. its not going to change over to rain or sleet i think its going to stay all snow. we shall see i say we are going to get 14 inches

I want a snow day!!!

I have many many many tests and quizzes to grade... but it looks like they aren't going to get them back tomorrow!!! snow dance!
