The sex of the baby...

How many weeks were you when you found out? My sister found out when she was 18 weeks, but I had always heard that you couldn't find out until 20 weeks. I'm going for my 18-week sono tomorrow, so as long as the baby cooperates, could I really find out tomorrow?

Yes - you probably can!! I 'officially' found out at my 20 wk ultrasound but my tech took a guess at 14 weeks and she was right - it's a BOY!

Good luck at your u/s and eat some fruit on the way there or in the waiting room and bring it with you into the exam room - in case you need to get him (or HER!) to 'cooperate'. Worked like a charm for me!

We did at 18 weeks! Drink some OJ before you go to get the baby moving

I found out at 16 weeks- I think it has to do with the drs machines- some are better than others.

My baby moved so much that the tech had a hard time getting the measurements she needed! I didn't find out the sex though...she souldn't see becasue the baby had their legs crossed and I didn;t want to know anyway.
