My boss just gave to okay to leave early today, so I'm outta here at 3. Hopefully a snow day tomorrow!!

Oh Lord indeed, that is SO the way it is here!! I mean if you dare ask to leave 1/2 early everyone gives you this attitiude like 'what is the big deal' and you look like the black sheep of the firm!

Even tomorrow I am seriously considering calling out, but I know that I will 'pay for it' when I return on Wed .. its so sad that companies act this way

There may be a small chance we get told to leave early - but if we do, we'll have to make up the hours. I like my job, but I hate that I feel like I either have to put myself in danger, or work late or come in early another day.
