how far in advance do you have to tell you're hall how many people are attending????

i have a wedidng next sat and fh does not know if he can attend now because of the snow(weather.com says snow and his job puts him on 12 hour shifts mandatory)

i just need to know how far in advance do you have to tell you're hall . this way i can let the couple know?????

Just a little piece of advise... if you have any doubts about the count, give it to them a few under. It is very easy to add and they don't let you deduct.

You tell them how much you're expecting when you sign the contract and book the date.
But your final guest count could be due as early as two weeks before the event.
My hall asks me for the final guest count the before the event.
