I have an appointment there next week. Any good or bad experiences with them?

So far, so good. I ordered my gown from them about a month ago...customer service was very good when I went there, they let me try on as many gowns as I wanted. My salesperson was Vivian, she's great.

My best friend ordered her dress frm there and her FMIL got hers there and did not have anything but good things to say about them.

They are a world reknown shop. Some will have good experiences, some won't. I plan on going there when I start to look. In my family it is a rite of passage.
