Lets just say they have straws that are shaped like ...um.... a man's family jewels. But im guessing your thinking along the lines of cute stuff. I saw these really cute pins at party city about 6 in a pack. Each had a name like sexy, cute, flirty. I would also try ebay. You can find plenty of stuff there for good prices.

If you want to buy the items in person, I think Spencer Gifts at Roosevelt carries those items.

Not sure if Spencer Gifts is still open.
