Please give me gift ideas for 1st Birthday

I'm going to a 1st birthday party, and have no children of my own, and don't really have friends with children...so I have no idea what to get this one year old.

Any suggestions?

We've gotten personalized growth charts to match the theme of the baby's room. It's inexpensive but always has been a big hit!
