How many are there? 2 or 3?

I think it depends on the type of ceremony.
For catholics, there is the first and second readings, then someone can come up and do prayers.

Yes, it depends on the type of ceremony. I had a Roman Cathloic ceremony and I had to choose 2 readings.

We are having 3 readers. One Old Testament, one New Testament and the other reader will read the Prayer of the Faithful.

Ours is a Roman Catholic Ceremony.
