Anyone looking for a condo in Suffolk?

My friend is currently renting this condo in my complex, but the owner decided to sell. She doesn't have the downpayment, but I have been in the condo many times and it is a beautiful condo, with a brand new kitchen and newly painted. Wood floors in living room area, and a large porch. No affiliation with the owner, I would just love to have more LIW neighbors! It's a great complex!

Oh my Lord its HUGE and soooo pretty. I wish I could move out that far its a great deal. FH works in NYC and I drive enough as it is for work.
