Wow, I was quoted $300 and I'm only getting cups sewn in and it taken in on the top, nothing on the bottom! Is that a lot?

Are your alterations being done by the bridal salon?
Does anyone know of a good seamstress that works independently? I am thinking about ordering my dress online but need to be fitted first. Then I would like this person to do the alterations.
TIA!

The bustle is when they take your train and pin it (usually with presewn buttons) so that you're comfortable at your reception.
