nothing magnificent, especially with all the horrible events in the world right now but I had the best revelation of my life....been on a simple portions control/ light exercise 'diet' since jan 1....well getting ready for bed, i decided to hop on the scale (which i shouldnt have done cause thurs is my weigh in day and if it went up it would have derailed my diet)
so i got on it thinking, itll still be stuck at the same weight but it turns out i went down 3 more pounds....total loss so far 5 pounds!!!!!
not much i know but my scale hasnt budged from 175 in oh about a year and half--seriously no movement at all!!!
im so gonna stick with this and get down to my goal.....thanks for sharing my happy moment! Im so happy to have friends who'll listen

Yea!!! That's great news!!! My scale hasn't moved in like 9 months and unfortunatly when it did it was +2... Maybe your weight loss will rub off onto my scale! Seriously happy for you keep up the good work!!

CONGRATS!!!!!! I haven't weighed myself in quite sometime but the girls and I at work are all in this weight loss pool. So here I am looking around the house and I realize that we DO NOT have a scale anywhere. Mom says she threw it out (oh my...i didn't even realize it was gone!!!) So my brother has to chime in that he has one...so I go look at it...he's got some hi tech body fat analysing thingy...all I wanted was my weight...well I stepped on and stepped off pretty quickly! I have more work to do than I thought. I wonder if Ballys is psychic because my renewal just came in the mail today! Maybe this year after I renew I will actually GO!!!!

Jen that is SO awesome!!!!!! you are going to be at your goal in no time!!!! i'm going to bite off your little phrase there and start putting my weight loss on there...as of monday that is!!! it took me 10 days into the new year to get started again lol

Wow! That is so great! And it is a big deal, I've been battling weight for almost all my life so I know, 5 pounds is a great accomplishment and you should DEFINITELY feel proud of that!
