Starting South Beach today....anyone have any advice?

I'd love to know some appropriate 'breakfasts on the go' I was always a bagel or muffin person, so I think this will be the toughest part for me. I had 2 hard boiled eggs and a cup of decaf tea for breakfast today.

Good luck Jeannie!! I started it again today! Breakfast - hard boiled eggs, string cheese, cut up pieces of cheese, nuts, cottage cheese, turkey, tuna - really anything you want!!!

Thanks Michal! Yesterday was tough. I read your post about the Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa and ran out and bought it last night, I love Hot Cocoa in the winter.

You said you're starting again which leads me to believe you did it once before. How did it go? results??

Re: Starting South Beach today....anyone have any advice?

I've fallen off the SBD diet wagon a few times, Jeannie!! My problem is I get this great loss in the first two weeks - btwn 8-10 lbs and then I try to keep doing it really strictly for a couple of more weeks instead of modifying it to Phase 2. THen something usually comes up like last time I was doing it strictly we went to visit Mom is FLorida - so I was like 'oh vacation - food time!!'
I am planning on doing it now for a couple of weeks to get a jump start on the weight loss but then will prob move into WW while still keeping an eye on carbs. Hopefully it will be more successful more me - let me know how it goes for you!!
