credit cards with frequent flyer miles

What credit cards give great rewards or frequent flyer miles? We buy plane tickets every year and are looking to save on them in the future. What cards do you like?

Re: credit cards with frequent flyer miles

i had a delta american express. It worked for us, we used them for our honeymoon. When we looked at prices to aruba they were almost a thousand dollars a person, we paid only hte taxes and such and it came out to 92 bucks. I was pretty darn happy wth that.

Re: credit cards with frequent flyer miles

We started Using the Capitlal One Go Miles Card and have close to 10,000 miles already. We use it for everything but pay the balance in full every month otherwise it does have interest.

I think the annual fee is $19 but you get 5,000 miles to sign up and it doesn't lock you into any airlines and it doesn't have blackouts, they basically repay you after you buy the ticket.

Their website has more details.
