Where can I buy (online) labels for clothing that say Made with Love by .... or something to that effect?

I seen them somewhere and i just cant find it, i googled it 100 times but I think i'm using the wrong phrase in the search box.

Can anyone help me out? I wish to buy them for my DH's grandmother who is a knitter (i wish she could teach me but she can just stich it not explain it. She is the old school look at something and just make it with no directions)
anyways, she made some clothes for my DD on the way and I want to buy labels for her to stitch in so my DD knows who its from.

JoAnne Fabrics carries them as well as Wal-Mart's sewing/crafting sections.
