Good Bye All

FH and I have called the wedding off and have gone our seperate ways. Better now than later...Now I just have to try & get some money back because EVERYTHING was already booked... Well happy planning to everyone else

I am so sorry you are going through this!!

We are all here for you no matter what! Just be happy it happened sooner rather than later and your wedding was far enough away where I am sure the vendors will be understanding. They have plenty of time to re-book.

Yea I'm pretty sure I can get some of it back except the dj the $800 dept. is not refundable thank you all I cant tell you how much help you girls have been and how many great ideas I have gotten for you all.

I'm so sorry that things didn't work out.

Thankfully, like someone else said, you shouldn't have too much trouble getting your money back since there's plenty of time for the vendors to rebook.

If your DJ won't give you your $$$ back, make sure they at least let you use that money toward a future event, other wise take their butts to court. They have not provided a service for you and should not be able to keep that deposit.

I work for a DJ ompany, so I can give you a little advice!

Technically I think you're supposed to. I do know that if a marriage last less than a year, everything is supposed to be returned.

I am so sorry to hear the news. I think you have the best perspective when you say better now than later. I broke off an engagement 8 years ago and it was the best thing I could have done for me. Now I get to marry my soulmate and he was worth the wait.
But its still really, really hard so here are some
