Re: Easy Sword Fish Recipe
I like it just baked with butter and garlic.Maybe try marinating it in italian dressing.
My fish shop sells flavored butters that are good, they pair them up with the fish for you.
My Waldbaums gives you free marinade.

Re: Easy Sword Fish Recipe
Thanks! How long should I bake it for, and at what temp? Also when do I add on butter and garlic and how much? Oh, and is sword fish 'fishy'?

Re: Easy Sword Fish Recipe
I dont' know how long to cook it. Maybe 325-350 depending on the thickness- maybe 5-15 mins?Add 2 small or 1 good size pat of butter to the top and garlic salt.
It doesn't taste fishy if its fresh. Its more of a steak then a fillet (flounder) usually. Looks like tuna (in a can- the good quality, not the mushy cat food one). It should flake with a fork. Somepeople say if it flakes its overdone.
