Help with BM gift- looking for silver charm braclet

I wanted to get my BMS a sterling silver charm braclet with the heart, and then ingrave their initials on it. I remember a bride posting about where she bought them for a flower girl- does anyone have any recommendations?

I bought mine at Macy's and had them engraved at a jewelers.
