The whole feeling tired thing...how bad is it?

I've read that you become exhausted...if so, then how do you make it through the day? Isn't exhausted to the point of NOT being able to keep your eyes open??

normally I can stay up past 10pm with DH watching tv....now I wouldn't say I'm passed out by 9pm like some of the other pregggos on the board, but for OVER a week now I wake up feeling like I didn't get enough sleep (8 hours or more) and just a few hours after waking, I'm tired for the rest of the day. All I want to do is rest or sleep. I come home close to 7pm, do the wifely thiing....cook, clean, etc because I have to. If I don't, he won't.

I was more tired the month before I got preggo (thought I was) than when I actually was preggo. I went to bed at like 9 every night for the week before I got my period, my boobs were really sore, the whole nine yards.

When I was actually pregnant, I felt totally normal. Weird, right?

thanks! I'm still feeling tired and AF should be here between now and the 10th, although I've felt tired for the last week now. Also had cramps, like AF last week but not so much this week

Sounds like a great sign!! When I was pregnant, I was so exhausted!!

I was exhausted and had problems keeping my eyes open during the day. I would get home from work at 5:30, sleep until DH got home at 7, we would eat dinner and on most nights I'd be in bed by about 9.

sometimes I fall asleep at 8-8:30
I cant keep my eyes open past 9 30, during the day Im not exausted like falling asleep at my desk tired but at nighttime I get sleepy very quick

on the days that my daughter is with her dad I am in bed by 7. and sleeping by 9. If I have to run around with her then I am in bed by 830 and sleeping by 10

I could fall asleep sitting up and I still feel that way. I used to be a night owl and on RARE nights when I nap I can make it to 11:30

I can remember driving my car - on my lunch hour - and my eyes would be closing - I had to pull over a few times to wake myself up.

tired as in I yawned every minute throughout the day!!!

I wasn't extremely tired. Maybe its because I had lost my job and didn't have to work all day.
