Weight loss: anyone feel like being my LIW WW buddy (buddies)?

I need to get back on track and am being very lazy about doing it. I need to be able to post what I eat each day on here so that I remain accountable for keeping track of my points- anyone interested???

I am trying to do WW too! You'd think the threat of not fitting into my gown or looking fat in my pics would be enough motivation, but it isn't.

Would LOVE something to make me accountable! How should we do this?

Re: Weight loss: anyone feel like being my LIW WW buddy (buddies)?

I just rejoined WW for the 6th time, I believe. I want to lose 15 pounds. Sounds easy, right? Then why haven't I been able to get them off for the past 2 years?!? I went back today, as a matter of fact. I could use support and can totally offer it too.

PS - Anyone trying the Core program?

Re: Weight loss: anyone feel like being my LIW WW buddy (buddies)?

I wish I could find a ww group around me. I just joined curves and although easy, I doubt it's doing anything. So I would love to be in!
BTW I get weighed and measured at Curves today- I will let you guys know the results on the silm down board. Even if they are bad, I hope it will motivate me to start dieting. I have gone to Curves at least 4 days a week so something should be happening!

Re: Weight loss: anyone feel like being my LIW WW buddy (buddies)?

3.4 ouunds in 5 weeks? That's so awesome! I would love to lose that much. A WW leader once told me that .5 pounds a week is fine. If it took a while to put it on, it's okay to take it slow to take it off. Keep up the great work!

I would really love to see some weight come off. WW has worked for me in the past, but it's been hard lately to stick to it (especially on the weekends).

Good luck to everyone!
