Which credit cards have the best incentive programs?

I am wondering which cards have the best incentive programs? I just signed up for the Citibank 'Thank You' card. What are everyone else's favorites?

I like Discover, they give you money back.

I have an Amex platinum which has great reward benefit program. There was a post not too long ago and someone recommended a Citibank card. It sounded like it had great programs associated with it.

i have a lot of kids around me so i like the toys r us card from chase..it gives you 4% towards toys r us babies r us and 1% for everything else and then you get certificates to spend at those stores for christmas..it works wonders around this time..i haven't paid for kids christmas gifts in 3 years because of my certificates
