Went to a wedding at Chateau La Mer friday night

It was awseome. I food was great and service was excellent. I have to say it was one of the best weddings I have ever been to. I am not to sure of her other vendors when they get back from there honeymoon I will have to ask.

can u describe the cocktail hours amount of food... did they have the jewels of the sea or anythign extra... was there too mu8ch food? what do u think wasnt nessisary... we are trying to cut down cause we want the jewels of the sea and its 20 x pp... so we dont think we need a pasta station, carving stations , 8 chafing dishes, .. obviously we want alotta food, just wondering if it was too much or not enough!.. thanks =)
