Doing the annoying repost from BHB thing, not sure where to put this--need a bar suggestion near Hicksville or Jericho

Does anyone have a suggestion of a bar that my friends can go to after my ceremony (in Hicksville On Jerusalem & OldCountry) & my reception at the Milleridge.

(Not Boulder Creek)

They want to watch baseball,but don't want to feel too overdressed.

( They are from Westchester, so they don't have any ideas themselves)

I've never been in Wickers, but we considered it for the RD. What is the bar area like? Do they have a tv? Would they have sports on?

I been there once with an ex from what i remeber it was a good bar area. you can call them and find out.

What about chili's in bethpage, they have a great bar and if there is abunch of them they should feel comfortable being dressed and i am sure people would know they are going to a wedding. ..plus they have two for's!!!!

they turned down Bouldercreeek & On the Border,so I'm not sure about CHili's.

My one friend who is the planner of the group, is pretty picky.

I suggested Bk Sweeney's in Bethpage, but it'sa little out of their way.

I would think that any hotel bar would be the best bet.

Wow tough crowd!
My crew went to Boulder Creek and had a blast watching the Yankee game.

-I'd say Wickers is a good choice.
-The bar at the Milleridge (attached to the restaurant)
-There is also Delaney's on South Oyster Bay Rd. attached to the hotel over there. It's across the street from the BFCU.

Doesn't the Milleridge have a bar there? I think that is what Leslie told me. Other than that, I second Wickers.

Oh, how about Sidelines? They have a big screen tv in there. It's in Hicksville.
