West Indian Brides: Does anyone know where I can get a steel band for CH?

I would like to have a steel drummer play during my cocktail hour. One or two people would be fine. If you have any contact information and prices please let me know. Thanks.

I used Soular Rhythm from NJ for my band and the steel pan drum for the cocktail hour.

I'm not sure if they would just do the cocktail hour since they are from NJ but I would give Jackie a call at Soular Rhythm 1-888-414-4499. They did a great job for the reception and the cocktail.

Also try a search because I know quite a few other brides had steel drums. I know Shamma used www.cmproductions.com. Here is her review

Try City South Steel Orchestra. I used them for my cocktail reception and they were fantastic - professional and prompt, and they can play anything!

ADLIB-they are located in Freeport, NY . I think their prices are pretty reasonable. I will have to get back to you on the contact info.
