I am going on a cruise. Mine leaves from Miami. I am deadly sick because of it. I hate to fly but nothing left on a Monday out of NY.

I wish I was leaving out of Miami, calmer waters.....FH wont fly, too scared :(

yes... we're doing a cruise from the city, and it stops at miami, port canaverla, and then goes down to the bahamas. i dont know all the deails yet.... thats FH's job for now

I have been on two cruises out of New York. Both were to Bermuda (best island I have been too). It was very nice and the weather was fine. Where does the cruise go? What line?

I have been to cruises out of NY also.. and Port Canaveral, and one out of Puerto Rico.

My cruise from NY went to Bermuda, which was nice, that we were right here to leave! not travel time (just the train to NYC!)

I'm not sure where it will be going, prob Carribean. We went on our first crusie about a year ago to Canada...yuck......and the water was very reough...we did have a storm at that time...but I got seasick. I took Drammamine and felt better afterwards but now I'm afraid to go on a cruise :( FI will not fly......

ha ha (i don't use spell check either! and i should b/c i SUCK at spelling)

anyways... on my 2nd cruise I got seasick, and I took drammimine the rest of the time (sp?) and felt great! so the next cruise I bought dram. (not even trying again) at CVS, and brought it with me, and took it starting day one, and was FINE the whole trip. so if you're worried, bring it with you. and it says to take it right before you even get on the boat, so it will work best from the get go.

we aew thinking of going on a cruise for out hm fh doesnt fly either we went to bermuda this past may left out of ny and loved the island he want's to go back there for our hm so we probally will the only thing I'd change is the cruise line we took celebrity they were great but we didnt care for the food and it was too dressy we like casual.

i just found a cruise Royal Carribean Jewel of the Sea. It leaves the monday after I get married 9/12/05 if that helps anyone. it leaves from boston goes to bermuda. looks great its 10days I am starting a new job this week, not sure if taking 2 wks off next yr is going to fly...keep your fingers crossed for me :)

I am not going on a cruise for my HM but have been on cruises out of NY. The most popular is the cruise to Bermuda. Bermuda was gorgeous. The other cruise was to Canada which I don't recommend for a HM location.
