Specific Tipping Questions

1) If it is specifically noted in our contract that gratuity was included (and paid for) for our limos/drivers, do we really need not give additional $$$ on the day of?

2) We're having 5 people come from our photographers' studio...How on earth do we know what to tip each of them?

3) Do we tip the altar boys? Cantor? at chuch... How much?

4) The florist(s)? Delivery person?

5) We're having a 6 person band...What about them?

The only one I can answer is part of three - yes, you definitely need to tip the altar boys.
