Selling my home

I know that I've posted this before, but if anyone is interested in a home priced under 300,000 in Bay Shore please let me know. The school district is Brentwood, but if this a starter home you won't have to worry about the schools until middle school. It is a cozy and well-maintained home on a quiet block. The only reason we are selling is because my husband's business is an hour away. Please FM if you are interested. We are very negotiable.
