ordering BM dresses online

Hi everyone- I know some of you ordered your BM's dresses online... but who did you use (I know RK bridal does this)... and How did you do it? with dresses that have to be ordered together (to be died in the same lot) did you order them all at the same time, to the same address? or can your BM's order them all seperate?
