Are you wearing a watch the day of your wedding?
I know this question sounds silly..but I 'need' to have a watch on and my watch is classy and I always wear it (even when I get dressed up) but I was told that I should not wear it on my wedding day. Thanks in advance!!

Re: Are you wearing a watch the day of your wedding?
I think you should wear what you want! I am not wearing a watch, but only because time makes me panic on busy days.

I took it off before going down to walk the aisle and put it in my purse for the HM.

I didn't wear one, but only because it didn't go with my dress.

Re: Are you wearing a watch the day of your wedding?
Are you wearing it as jewelry, or to keep time? Do you think you will look at it throughout the night?i love my watch, but I know I will look at it if I wear it, and I personally think that looks tacky. you are the center of attention and everyone else is keeping the schedule. Personally, I will be watch free for psychological reasons!
Do what you like though-If you will feel weird without it, then wear it!

Re: Are you wearing a watch the day of your wedding?
I am not going to wear a watch..normally I have to because I am always on some sort of schedule with work and other stuff...on my wedding day I dont want to keep looking at my watch..I just want to focus on what is happening...not the time!

i ALWAYS wear a watch, i am a little anal about time!however, when i took pictures of my fitting, the first thing i noticed was how WRONG my watch looked. i'm going to try to make it through the day without it!

Re: Are you wearing a watch the day of your wedding?
I don't plan on wearing a watch, but if you aren't going to have a lot of other jewelry on, I think it would be fine.
