I just got back from my fabulous bachelorette trip and I highly recommend doing a Royal Caribbean cruise!

Three of my amazing Bridesmaids took me on a three night cruise to Coco Cay and the Bahamas on Royal Caribbean's Majesty of the Seas (leaving out of Miami). We had a fabulous time. The trip was supposed to be a surprise, but I figured out where we were going months ago. The ship had a very mixed crowd, which was really nice. We wanted a party atmosphere, but not a total clubby, meat market, obnoxiously drunk crowd type of atmosphere. So this was perfect for us. The club and bars were crowded every night, the 'Dancing Under the Stars' pool party was so much fun, the food was good and the Pina Coladas were ridiculous (I think I gained ten pounds from them alone.) I've been on two Royal Caribbean cruises before this one and I can definitely say they have been consistantly good. Coco Cay was alot of fun (that's Royal Caribbean's private island), we rented waverunners, but were hungover and still slightly drunk from the night before, an experience which still makes me crack up when I think about it. The Bahamas was nothing to brag about, I've been there before and I'm not much of a fan. We were back on the ship an hour after we got off, opting to hang by the pool instead. All in all it was an amazing time. I didn't stop laughing the whole time we were there. I love my bridesmaids so much, they have gone above and beyond for me every step of this wedding planning process. This wasn't even my official bachelorette party, that doesn't happen until August 14th.
For anyone who is looking for a not so expensive three or four night getaway, this was a wonderful option.
I will post some pics as soon as I get them back. (I actually left the digital at home and brought the good old 35mm.)

It was definitely an amazing time, we had so much fun. I was glad to be there with my bestest friend

I had a blast on the waverunner, I couldn't have asked for a more experienced driver
Those S turns were insane

Sounds awesome! I wish I could do something like that! But I don't have any more time off of work because of my long honeymoon

Sounds Wonderful. We are also doing a Royal Caribbean cruises for a week as part of our honeymoon and then staying at an island for another week but we haven't decided which island yet. I've heard that Royal Caribbean is a great cruise line..thanks for sharing and glad you had an awesome time!!!

My apologies to those who have asked me about the price of the cruise, but I have no idea how much it cost. It was a gift from my bridesmaids. Sorry, I couldn't be of more help.
