Ideas for extra special MOH gift

seriously, don't know what i could possibly give to my sister that would come anywhere near expressing my appreciation and love for all she has done. I already booked a spa water journey and massage for her (with me) the day before the wedding but I need something else more personal.
Any thoughts? What did everyone else do?

i got her this...it's the figure eight from tiffany's. i have known her since before kindergarten and it is like the infinity symbol.
