FINALLY closing today!

I am a wreck - I feel like I did on my wedding day! Thrilled, scared, freaked, excited and aching to get the future rolling! Wish me luck!

Congrats. There is never a better feeling in the home process than finally getting to closing day. And thats buying *AND* selling!

Good luck. I am sure everything will work out great. Your hand will be tired from all the papers you will have to sign... but its all good.

Hi ladies - I signed and signed and signed! All done but no keys until Friday. WOW! Still hasn't hit me but I do feel a sense of relief to know I have a roof over my head - literally a roof, not some crappy apartment! HOOOORRAYYY!

The people our sellers were buying house from have their house until Friday. In our contract they could keep ownership until then. It's OK -more time to pack! :)
