I know of 5 adorable kittens that need a home. Three are black and white and 2 are calacoes (sp?).

Re: NWR - looking for a kitten
Do they have to be kittens???? I have 2 beautiful black cats - 5 years old, spayed and neutered, declawed and very loving. My FI is highly allergic and we are trying to find a special home for them. They come completely equiped will super deluxe self cleaning litter pan, every imaginable deluxe toy, and fancy beds, bowls, water cooler and placemats. It breaks my heart to part with them - but its him or them.

Re: NWR - looking for a kitten
or Craigslist or North Shore Animal League....(I got one pet off craigslist and one from North Shore- but both were older, 4 years each when I adopted them... the older cats are often ignored and euthanized)

Re: NWR - looking for a kitten
It's kitten season at the shelters, so you might want to check them out, especially the CACCs in NYC since they have a high euthenasia rate. You can look on www.petfinder.org. Good luck!

We have a lot that run around my backyard. They're not ours, but they think they live here. You catch 'em and they're all yours! They're grey.

Check out petfinder.com . It gives pictures of all shelter kittens in your area when you put in your zip! There are tons at the shelters this time of year.

Re: NWR - looking for a kitten
Yes, Little Shelter is a no-kill shelter and will always take their pets back.Right now there are 300 cats there plus many kittens. It's sad.
I go almost every week to volunteer and drop off some supplies of food and toys for them.
