tipping-specific questions
1) Priest and Rabbi - We are actually paying them a fee for officiating the ceremony ($600 to the rabbi and $300 to the priest). Do we need to tip them? If so, how much?2)Our band (Milestone) is an indepedent band. Should I still tip them? How much? Can I give extra to the keyboardist who is at the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Re: tipping-specific questions
we gave the officiant a small tip...i think $25-$50 not really sure.as for the band...i forgot what we gave them also, but i think it's a great idea to give the keyboardist a little extra...actually, i wish i had thought of that!

Re: tipping-specific questions
We're using Milestone as well and was wondering the same thing about tipping. Just wondering, what makes you think they're independent, we thought they were part of Body Heat Productions.

Re: tipping-specific questions
I never knew them as part of Body Heat productions. When I call their number, their answering machine says Milestone. I never spoke to anyone besides the group's leader. However, my wedding was yesterday and I did not tip them , but that was because I was very disappointed - I actually had their envelope with me (don't worry, they sound beautiful). I will write a full review when I get back from my honeymoon.
