Has anyone seen, done or doing a wine collar label?

I just saw them and instead of putting a label over the wine bottle label, I saw these collars. I need opinions please. This is a sample.

I used personalized labels on the collar as well. I bought them off a website - I used a color that matched the bottles. It looked nice and the vineyard that I ordered them from actually put them on for me before wrapping the favors.

If I remember correctly this was the site I used. I used oval labels.

We're actually using wine bottles to hold the place cards. Let me see if I can explain, then I'll take a picture of it to show you.....

We painted wooden hearts gold, then ran a white satin cord through it and hung it from the neck of the bottle. Then, on a piece of vellum, we will print the names and table number and adhere it to the heart. Let me take a pic so I can show you. But you could put your name and wedding date on the hearts instead.

Ok, let me see if the pic will attach. This is on a cheap bottle of wine that's open, you can get the idea......

That is a REALLY rough sample. The good one that I did, but can't find , you cannot see the grain on the wood.
